In the name of GOD, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
بِسْمِbis'miIn (the) nameٱللَّهِl-lahi(of) God,ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِl-raḥmāniMost Gracious,ٱلرَّحِيمِl-raḥīmiMost Merciful.
[102:1] You remain preoccupied with hoarding.
أَلْهَىٰكُمُalhākumu[It] diverted / distracted you [all]ٱلتَّكَاثُرُl-takāthuruthe competitive quest for more / hoarding. ﴿١﴾
[102:2] Until you go to the graves.
حَتَّىٰḥattāUntilزُرْتُمُzur'tumuyou [all] visitedٱلْمَقَابِرَl-maqābirathe graves. ﴿٢﴾
[102:3] Indeed, you will find out.
كَلَّاkallāAbsolutely!سَوْفَsawfaSoonتَعْلَمُونَtaʿlamūnayou [all] will know. ﴿٣﴾
[102:4] Most assuredly, you will find out.
ثُمَّthummaThen,كَلَّاkallāabsolutelyسَوْفَsawfasoonتَعْلَمُونَtaʿlamūnayou [all] will know. ﴿٤﴾
[102:5] If only you could find out for certain.
كَلَّاkallāAbsolutely!لَوْlawIfتَعْلَمُونَtaʿlamūnayou [all] knowعِلْمَʿil'ma(with) a knowledge (of)ٱلْيَقِينِl-yaqīni[the] certainty. ﴿٥﴾
[102:6] You would envision Hell.
لَتَرَوُنَّlatarawunnaSurely you [all] will seeٱلْجَحِيمَl-jaḥīmathe Hellfire. ﴿٦﴾
[102:7] Then you would see it with the eye of certainty.
ثُمَّthummaThenلَتَرَوُنَّهَاlatarawunnahāsurely you [all] will see itعَيْنَʿayna(with the) eye (of)ٱلْيَقِينِl-yaqīni[the] certainty. ﴿٧﴾
[102:8] Then you will be questioned, on that day, about the blessings you had enjoyed.
ثُمَّthummaThen,لَتُسْـَٔلُنَّlatus'alunnasurely you [all] will be askedيَوْمَئِذٍyawma-idhinthat Dayعَنِʿaniaboutٱلنَّعِيمِl-naʿīmithe pleasures / blessings. ﴿٨﴾
